The one-line diagnosis

We walked away from the thing that worked, and the funnel now makes five promises to three different people.

In Jan to Apr 2025 this account booked 284 calls at about $277 each, mostly from one plain instant-form ad: "busy male doctor", a simple method, named doctor results. Since the switch to website funnels (Jun 2025 onwards) roughly the same spend has booked 63 calls at about $1,250 each. The last 30 days: $1,993, 14 application events, 0 booked calls credited.

All five winners used the same simple body: "Are you a busy male doctor looking for a way to feel healthier, more energetic, and confident in just a few months? Give me 30 seconds." then the Simple 7 Method, then three named doctors. One mechanism, one audience, one ask. Note their CTR was only about 1%. Our 5% CTR benchmark is a test signal for message fit; for this audience the booked call is the real scoreboard.

Caveat: Meta's 2025 health data limits may hide some bookings from ad reporting. Check real appointments in GHL for Jun 2025 to now before quoting the $1,250 to the client.

One promise from ad to thank-you page?

Our framework's first rule: trace the promise from the ad through the headline, page, form and thank-you page. Count the method names and the audiences. More than one of each is a kill.

When a funnel makes this many promises, the only thing carrying it is the founder's credibility. That is exactly what is happening here. The doctor's credibility is strong. The message is spread thin.

The client diagnosis · our framework

Dr Fit Coaching (Mohamed Hamouda)

Numbers

Root cause 1 · messaging: we stopped saying the problem

Fear of Meta rejection pushed the ads into abstract language: "2 AM crash", "homeostasis", "nervous system running on empty", "suppression can be measured". A cold doctor has to think to work out what is being sold. Our framework's rule: without a problem, there is no sale. The problem the buyer actually has is the weight. Meta allows "lose the weight" (v2 used it and was approved). It does not allow pounds, obesity percentages or "you are overweight". There is room between those two, and the 2025 winners lived in it: busy male doctor, healthier, more energy, more confident, named doctors.

Root cause 2 · too many promises, mechanisms and people

Five method names, three audiences and two guarantees across one funnel (table above). The ads speak to male physicians wanting weight loss. The page and form also speak to "busy professional men" who want to build muscle. That pulls the wrong lead, which is exactly what the Sep audit found (muscle-gain seekers booking).

Root cause 3 · funnel and tracking

The ad asks a cold doctor to book a 60-minute call on the first click. There is no step in between, so there is nobody to follow up with, and the campaign optimises for Schedule with almost no events. Audience Network is buying junk clicks. The form has no weight-loss goal and offers "build muscle". The training the page promises does not exist on the page.

Root cause 4 · we left the proven channel

The kickoff call (10 Jul) said it: "lead forms win, male physicians won't DM." The account history proves it. Every period of cheap calls came from instant forms or a short quiz. Every period on a long sales page has been expensive.

Selling a service, so raise belief in the provider

Our framework's rule: with a service, the buyer needs to believe you can deliver. DoctorFit has the strongest proof in the niche: an ER doctor who did it himself, 100+ physicians, real named doctors on video, and coached free until goal. That proof should be in the first three lines of every ad, not paragraph four.

The fix, in order

  1. Today: turn Audience Network off on the live campaign (Advantage+ placements, untick it).
  2. This week: relaunch the 2025 winning format as an instant lead form (higher intent version, questions below), optimising for leads, with the new compliant copy in this file. Run it beside /start1, not instead of it, for 14 days.
  3. This week: fix /start1 to ONE promise: one method name (pick Simple 7 or the Adaptive Protocol, not both), one audience (male physicians), one number set (100+ physicians, 26 years), one guarantee wording, one call name. Remove "build muscle" and "busy professional men". Remove pounds from the title and headline (Meta reviews the landing page too).
  4. Add "Lose weight" as the first goal option on the booking form. Change the button text to "Book My Consult".
  5. Add a short 3-question pop-up before the calendar that fires SubmitApplication on submit. Optimise /start1 traffic for SubmitApplication until bookings pass about 10 a week.
  6. Ask Ifza for the sales call recording and the agreement, and agree ONE 30-day result with Mohamed in writing (suggested: 8 qualified booked calls at under $250).

  1. What does the 12-month program cost, and what share of booked calls buy?
  2. How many calls did GHL actually book in September and October, and how many showed?
  3. Describe the last 3 doctors who bought. Specialty, age, what made them book that week?

  5. Which method name do you want to own: Simple 7 or the Adaptive Metabolic Recovery Protocol?
  6. Which guarantee is real: "coached free until goal weight" or "25 lbs in 16 weeks or free"?
  7. Are the 10 spots a month real? What is the true weekly call capacity?

👨‍⚕️ Busy male doctors: give me 59 seconds. Crash diets and 2-hour gym sessions don't fit around 12-hour shifts, on-call nights and a family. That's why they keep failing. I'm Dr. Mohamed Hamouda, a full-time ER physician. Coach Seef Rehman and I built the Simple 7 Method just for male physicians: 20-minute workouts, real food, a plan that fits around shifts. Here's what our clients say: ✅ Dr. Michael Kruse, Emergency Medicine: back on the ice playing hockey after years away ✅ Dr. Luis Alvarado, OB-GYN: in the best shape of his life in his 60s ✅ Dr. Lawrence Cresswell, ER nights and law by day: "There is no such thing as too busy" 100+ physicians coached since 2023. We keep coaching free until the goal weight is reached. 10 new physicians a month. 👉 Tap below, answer 4 quick questions, and pick a time for a free consult. Results aren't typical.

Physician Weight LossFrom An ER Doctor
Ad B · Hypocrite story · first person · hook 2

⚠️ For years I told patients how to get healthy. Privately, I felt like a hypocrite in a white coat. I'm an ER doctor. I tried everything: gym before 12-hour shifts, keto, fasting. Nothing stuck. Then I looked at my own labs the way I'd look at a patient's. Years of night shifts had my stress hormones stuck high, and every diet added more stress. So I fixed the real cause and lost the weight. Now I walk into a shift as the doctor my patients thought I was. With Coach Seef Rehman I've helped 100+ physicians do the same. Male physicians can feel lean, sharp and full of energy in as little as 16 weeks. Without crash diets. Without giving up restaurant meals. Without 2 hours a day in the gym. We coach free until the goal weight is reached. 10 spots a month. 👉 Book a free consult below. Results aren't typical.

🏒 What would a 14-hour shift feel like with the energy of 20 years ago? Dr. Michael Kruse, an emergency physician, found out. After years away, he's back playing hockey. He did it around ER shifts, without giving up the foods he loves. He's one of 100+ physicians coached by Dr. Mohamed Hamouda (ER physician) and Coach Seef Rehman (26 years of weight-loss coaching). The plan is built around a doctor's real week: 20-minute workouts, restaurant-friendly meals, labs-led tweaks. And we coach free until the goal weight is reached. 👉 10 consult spots a month. 🩺 Physicians read labs all day. Most never use 1/10th of what their own labs say about energy and weight after years of night shifts. Shift work keeps stress hormones high. A body in that state fights every diet. That's why discipline alone keeps failing doctors who work nights. Dr. Mohamed Hamouda, a full-time ER physician, built the Simple 7 Method with Coach Seef Rehman to fix that, around 12-hour shifts. 100+ physicians coached. We coach free until the goal weight is reached. 👉 Book a free consult. We'll go through your schedule and labs, and map a plan that fits your shifts. Results aren't typical.

Market size · stay niche or go wide?

Doctors only, or high earners like John Madsen?

Short answer: stick with doctors. Market size isn't what's holding DoctorFit back. The message and the funnel are. DoctorFit takes about 10 new clients a month, so 120 a year. That is a tiny slice of the doctors it can reach.

Wide: men earning $150k+ (the John Madsen market)6.3M0.5%~$315Mweak up against Supra Human, RNT and hundreds of exec coaches

The wide market is about 7 times bigger on paper. But DoctorFit can't use that size. Its only real difference is "built by a practising ER doctor, for doctors." Aim at all high earners and it becomes one more fitness coach for busy men, with no edge and higher ad costs. Meta can't target by income either, so the wide version still depends on the ad copy finding the right men.

Recommendation

  1. Keep the core at male physicians. It's the only space where DoctorFit wins easily, and nobody else owns it. The one physician weight-loss coach we found (Dr Katrina Ubell) only works with women.
  2. Add a second ad set for "doctors and dentists" (plus CRNAs and NPs) once the physician ads are booking calls. The testimonials already include dentists, a pharmacist, a podiatrist and NPs, so the proof is there.
  3. Don't go fully wide until the physician funnel books calls at target. Our framework: going wider won't fix an unclear message. It just spends money faster.

The best angle for the doctor niche

"The doctor who practises what he preaches." A busy male doctor gets the method from someone who works the same shifts and fixed the same problem. Lead with: Dr Hamouda's hypocrite-in-a-white-coat story (first person, so Meta allows it) → shift work, not willpower → named doctors as proof → coached free until goal → 10 spots a month. One method name, one audience, one guarantee.

Meta targeting reality
